Enjoy complimentary shipping on all standard shipping orders. Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order North and Forest LLC. does not ship to P.O. Boxes. However, we are able to accept P.O. Box addresses for your billing needs.
Shipping Times & Rates
Our jewelry is made to order and usually ships within 3-4 weeks. For expected delivery times please refer to your shipping confirmation email sent after your order is shipped. Currently, no expedited shipping is available. If you have problems finding your tracking number or have additional questions please contact us at customercare@northandforest.com
Returns & Exchanges
Articles are accepted for a full refund, credit, or exchange if returned in an unworn condition and in its original package within 14 days. Please note that your original shipping and handling, or other additional costs will not be refunded unless you received a damaged, defected, or wrong item.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Sales items, personalized, engraved or custom pieces are FINAL sale. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. For your protection we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking services such as UPS, Fedex or USPS. You return item must be insured for the full item's value. North and Forest will not be responsible for any item that has been lost or damaged in transit.
To return or exchange your jewelry selection, please follow the instructions indicated below:
Email customercare@northandforest.com to get a return verification number.
Place and return items securely in the original package with its original documents.
Enclose a copy of the online purchase receipt displayed during checkout.
All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
We'll credit your original payment method, within 3 weeks of receiving your return.

FAQ
Lost Package? If your item has not been delivered please email us at customercare@northandforest.com. North and Forest will not be responsible if the package has been lost or stolen and the item has been declared "Delivered".
What if I ordered the wrong ring size? North and Forest offers one complimentary re-sizing however, customer must cover shipping costs both ways.
